TERMS

 

Net 30 days to accounts with established credit.   Open account is available to qualified customers.  We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card.

 

SALES TAX

 

We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders. Tax is charged in accordance with government regulations. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.

 

CATALOG PRICES

 

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at time of the order.

 

MINIMUM ORDER

 

There are no minimum order requirements. All orders are welcome regardless of the size.

 

SHIPPING

 

All items, with the exception of factory drop shipments, ship FOB from our warehouse via the carrier of our choice.  All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.  Non-stock products shipped direct from a manufacturer will be FOB shipping point unless the manufacturer's terms specify otherwise.

 

DAMAGE / SHORTAGE CLAIMS

 

Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage.   If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our Customer Service Department immediately.

 

RETURNS

 

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.   Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.   Special order items, non-stock items, made to order, imprinted and custom products are non-returnable except for defective quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advanced.   No COD's accepted.  All returned products must be in resalable condition and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of credit. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

 

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES

 

The products that we sell have been manufactured by others and may be warranted for limited periods of time by the manufacturer against defects in material or workmanship.   A copy of the manufacturer's warranty, if any, will be submitted to you upon request.   If you submit a timely and valid claim under such a warranty, we agree to cooperate in helping you process such a claim.   In all events, we make no warranty of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, unless expressly set forth in writing in a quotation, and all implied warranties of the merchant's ability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by us and excluded from any contract.   No agent, employee, or representative of Ark Safety has any authority to bind us to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning the goods that we sell beyond those specifically included in a written quotation.
